I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Wide product range|Multi-device support

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Wait times can be long during peak hours

The opposite of what they advertise

The platform at The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for a few weeks now of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Full transparency|Copy trading available

Cons: Research section could be deeper

An exercise in frustration

The mobile app from The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Educational resources|Stable platform

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Nothing significant

Payout delayed for 60 days

The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for just over a year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Social trading features|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

Market maker conflict

I had a dispute with The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Dividend tracking|Detailed reporting

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Currency margin requirements unclear

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: No hidden fees|Smooth onboarding|Two-factor authentication|API access

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

White label of a bad platform

My withdrawal request from The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Great customer service|Demo account available|Fast execution

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Billing department is a black hole

I closed a profitable position at The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Fast deposits|Helpful community forum

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Minor UI glitches occasionally

Took my money and went silent

I opened an account with The Futures Exchange Securities Regulator for the past six months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Clean UI|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Limited social trading features
