The reporting at The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Helpful community forum

Cons: No fractional shares

Stay away from The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com)

The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Excellent charting|Clear documentation

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Help articles are sometimes vague

Can not recommend in any way

Customer support at The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Competitive fees|No hidden fees|Great customer service|Educational resources

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Licensed in a tax haven only

Opened my account with The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) through word of mouth in my investment club and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Instant funding|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Limited ETF selection

Withdrawal rejected 3 times

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Multi-currency support

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Email notifications too frequent

Bonus terms impossible to meet

The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Clean UI|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Chrome extension broken

The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. since mid-2025 later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Multiple order types

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Account statements could be more detailed

How have they won any awards

The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Risk management tools|Reliable uptime|Stable platform

Cons: Website design could be more modern

My trust has been shattered

After using The Financial Centre (financialcentre.com) for roughly four months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Clear documentation|Dividend tracking

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Live chat only during business hours
