Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Taylor Made Mergers recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Risk management tools|Stable platform|Low minimum deposit|Reliable uptime

Cons: Search feature is basic

Live chat is a bot that helps nobody

I had high hopes for Taylor Made Mergers after doing extensive research, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Fast deposits|Instant funding|Fast execution|Excellent charting

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

Bonus clawback on technicality

Taylor Made Mergers offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Clear documentation|Low minimum deposit|Helpful community forum

Cons: Search feature is basic

An insult to paying customers

Taylor Made Mergers changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Risk management tools|High security standards|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Limited social trading features

Must sell everything to leave

Opened my account with Taylor Made Mergers based on a colleague's recommendation and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Responsive team|Risk management tools

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

No real market analysis

Taylor Made Mergers had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Multiple order types|Full transparency

Cons: Limited demo account features

Impossible to reach anyone

KYC with Taylor Made Mergers is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Excellent charting|Transparent fees|Stable platform|Full transparency

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

Joint account not supported

I found Taylor Made Mergers through my accountant's suggestion and the initial impression was positive. But since the beginning of the year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Great customer service|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Email notifications too frequent
