Suisseequity has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Customer support at Suisseequity seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

After for about three months with Suisseequity I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

After using Suisseequity since I opened my account last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

I invested $15,000 with Suisseequity after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. What really bothers me about Suisseequity is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after my brother mentioned them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

The only good thing about Suisseequity is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after hearing about them at a conference. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

The spread at Suisseequity is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after reading several online reviews and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.
