I referred a friend to Stonewell Finance through my accountant's suggestion. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Risk management tools|Personal attention|Real-time alerts

Cons: Nothing significant|No crypto staking

Licensed in a tax haven only

The hidden fees at Stonewell Finance are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Personal attention|No hidden fees|Dividend tracking|Social trading features

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Nothing but problems since day one

If you are reading this considering Stonewell Finance - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews through a financial advisor. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for just over a year has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Competitive fees|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Trust broken beyond repair

The mobile app from Stonewell Finance is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Competitive fees|Segregated accounts|Clean UI

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Regret choosing Stonewell Finance

The reporting at Stonewell Finance is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Copy trading available|Helpful community forum

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

Lost money due to their incompetence

Stonewell Finance has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Competitive fees|Dedicated account manager|Real-time alerts

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Charting tools need more indicators

Beware of hidden costs

I joined Stonewell Finance from a blog post comparing services and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Stable platform|Transparent fees

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Wish they had more educational resources

Trading execution is suspicious

The so-called education at Stonewell Finance is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for a few weeks now thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Real-time alerts|Instant funding|Good mobile app

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Do yourself a favor and skip Stonewell Finance

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Stonewell Finance recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Great customer service|Fast deposits

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Minimum deposit could be lower
