Laughably bad service

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Stone Bridge Funds. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Demo account available|Quick verification|Market news feed

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

The epitome of bad service

Do not use Stone Bridge Funds for anything serious. I used them for over three years for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Instant funding|Risk management tools|Stable platform

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

The platform at Stone Bridge Funds is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for roughly four months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Multiple order types|Risk management tools|Real-time alerts

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Charting tools need more indicators

Beware of hidden costs

My withdrawal from Stone Bridge Funds was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for over a year of being strung along.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Market news feed|Regular updates

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Nothing significant

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Stone Bridge Funds is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Please save yourself the headache

Where do I even begin with Stone Bridge Funds? for the past six months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Personal attention|Copy trading available

Cons: Limited social trading features

No accountability whatsoever

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Stone Bridge Funds said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Risk management tools|Quick verification

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Slow to add new assets

All style no substance

Stone Bridge Funds had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Responsive team|Clear documentation

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours
