Stanton Rose has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Stanton Rose had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

After for the past six months with Stanton Rose I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

I found Stanton Rose through word of mouth in my investment club and the initial impression was positive. But for over three years later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Stanton Rose said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I had a dispute with Stanton Rose and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

If you are reading this considering Stanton Rose - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after doing extensive research. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for a few weeks now has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Stanton Rose seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

The mobile app from Stanton Rose is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.
