Spreadex

Customer support at Spreadex seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Spreadex does the job for casual forex trading. Platform works, spreads are okay but not the best I've seen. Customer support is hit or miss - some agents are very helpful, others seem to read from a script. Deposits are instant but withdrawals take 3-5 business days.

Spreadex has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Started with Spreadex optimistically but my experience has been mixed. The platform itself is good and execution is fast. However, I noticed spreads widen significantly during news events and the swap rates are higher than competitors. Good for day trading, less so for holding positions overnight.

I referred a friend to Spreadex through a podcast recommendation. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Initially attracted to Spreadex by their advertising. The headline spreads look great but in practice there are additional costs that aren't immediately obvious. I also get bombarded with promotional emails and phone calls encouraging me to deposit more. The trading itself is fine but the marketing tactics are off-putting.

I found Spreadex after attending a webinar they hosted and the initial impression was positive. But since I opened my account last year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

After spending for just over a year trying to make Spreadex work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.
