I signed up with Spotcoinasset after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

I was contacted by Spotcoinasset through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Opened my account with Spotcoinasset through word of mouth in my investment club and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Spotcoinasset is disorganized and incompetent. I found them when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Spotcoinasset had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Spotcoinasset has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

After spending for the past year and a half trying to make Spotcoinasset work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

The mobile app from Spotcoinasset is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

I was about to invest with Spotcoinasset but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Do not use Spotcoinasset for anything serious. I used them since I retired last year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.
