Migration from old platform was a mess

After using Solidareit Dienst Financiën for about three months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Wide product range|Multi-device support|Dividend tracking|Segregated accounts

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Terrible in every aspect

My withdrawal request from Solidareit Dienst Financiën has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: High security standards|Great customer service|Professional team

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Billing department is a black hole

Solidareit Dienst Financiën changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Market news feed|Fast support response

Cons: Research section could be deeper

Did my research - this is suspicious

Several red flags with Solidareit Dienst Financiën: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Services and Markets Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Trust broken beyond repair

Solidareit Dienst Financiën offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Clean UI|Fast support response|Educational resources|Fast execution

Cons: Would like more payment methods|No phone support on weekends

Requote on winning trades only

I found Solidareit Dienst Financiën after comparing multiple platforms and the initial impression was positive. But for over a year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Automated trading options|No hidden fees

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Incompetent on every level

I closed a profitable position at Solidareit Dienst Financiën and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Stable platform|Segregated accounts|Clean UI

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Help articles are sometimes vague

The definition of disappointment

The reporting at Solidareit Dienst Financiën is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Easy withdrawals|Competitive fees|Economic calendar

Cons: No crypto staking

Transfer to another broker refused

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Solidareit Dienst Financiën recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Risk management tools|Helpful community forum|Clean UI

Cons: No fractional shares

Do your due diligence first
