Lost money due to their incompetence

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. SHTNE said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Good mobile app|API access|Segregated accounts

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|No fractional shares

Customer service does not exist

SHTNE advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Social trading features|Clear documentation|Economic calendar

Cons: No crypto staking|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

After seeing ads for SHTNE online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

Stay far away from this company

I was contacted by SHTNE through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Webinars are product pushes

The so-called education at SHTNE is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about three months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Risk management tools|Excellent charting

Cons: No crypto staking|Minimum deposit could be lower
