Shigesuke

Shigesuke had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

I lost a significant amount because Shigesuke did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

The spread at Shigesuke is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after hearing about them at a conference and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Shigesuke has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Opened my account with Shigesuke through my accountant's suggestion and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I experienced a security concern with my Shigesuke account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

I referred a friend to Shigesuke after my brother mentioned them. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Shigesuke said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

The hidden fees at Shigesuke are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

I had a dispute with Shigesuke and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.
