SENECA APP

Several red flags with SENECA APP: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

I referred a friend to SENECA APP through my accountant's suggestion. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

I closed a profitable position at SENECA APP and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Customer support at SENECA APP seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that SENECA APP is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

The so-called education at SENECA APP is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since early this year thinking they would help me learn.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. SENECA APP said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I signed up with SENECA APP based on a colleague's recommendation and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. SENECA APP recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I had a dispute with SENECA APP and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.
