I joined Secured Collateral after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Segregated accounts|Automated trading options|Easy to use platform

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Bonus terms impossible to meet

I had high hopes for Secured Collateral after a friend recommended them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Good mobile app|Fast execution

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Withdrawal blocked indefinitely

After spending for about ten months trying to make Secured Collateral work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Personal attention|Multi-currency support

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Complaint process is a maze

The spread at Secured Collateral is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after reading several online reviews and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Dedicated account manager|Helpful community forum

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Limited social trading features

They hold your money hostage

Secured Collateral offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Clean UI

Cons: None so far

Avoid at all costs

I signed up with Secured Collateral through a podcast recommendation and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Clear documentation

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Currency margin requirements unclear

After for about three months with Secured Collateral, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Clean UI|Wide product range|API access

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Platform crashes at the worst times

What really bothers me about Secured Collateral is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them through a podcast recommendation and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Multi-device support|Tax reports included|Clean UI

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Some tools only available on higher tiers
