Savexa

Savexa had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Savexa has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Savexa is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Savexa said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I referred a friend to Savexa from a review site like this one. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Savexa locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about three months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

After using Savexa for over a year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.
