I experienced a security concern with my Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Wide product range|No hidden fees

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Website design could be more modern

Account locked for no reason

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Demo account available|Dedicated account manager

Cons: No fractional shares|No integrated tax optimization

Just terrible honestly

If you are reading this considering Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews through a podcast recommendation. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for about eight months has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Copy trading available|High security standards|Clean UI

Cons: No fractional shares|Wish they had more educational resources

I was contacted by Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Automated responses only

I have been trying to close my account with Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Excellent charting|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Alert system is basic

No negative balance protection

I lost a significant amount because Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Clear documentation|Personal attention

Cons: Research section could be deeper

Data breach and they did not notify us

The mobile app from Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Excellent charting|Responsive team

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Not regulated - verified this myself

Several red flags with Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.): (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with British Columbia Securities Commission, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

Every interaction was painful

The platform at Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for roughly four months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Risk management tools|Tax reports included|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Minimum deposit could be lower

Inactive account fee with no warning

My withdrawal from Royal Wealth (no relation to Royal Wealth Management in the U.S.) was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for the past six months of being strung along.

Pros: Great customer service|Low minimum deposit|Personal attention

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Charting tools need more indicators
