Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Educational resources|Fast deposits|Clear documentation|Copy trading available

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Frustrating from start to finish

I gave Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) a fair chance. After for about three months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: High security standards|Multi-currency support

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Mobile app could be improved

A sinking ship

I closed a profitable position at Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Professional team|Tax reports included

Cons: No live chat on mobile

No MT4/MT5 export

I trusted Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Responsive team|Helpful community forum|Clear documentation

Cons: Limited ETF selection

A joke of a company

I experienced a security concern with my Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Great customer service|Instant funding

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Beyond frustrated

The onboarding at Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Multi-device support|Market news feed

Cons: No fractional shares|Research section could be deeper

They are hiding something

The reporting at Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multiple order types|Social trading features

Cons: None so far

Same issues as parent brand

After using Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) for about ten months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Great customer service|Fast support response

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Search feature is basic

I have filed a complaint

If you are reading this considering Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews through my accountant's suggestion. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over since the beginning of the year has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Clear documentation|Multiple order types

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

They deleted my negative review

Royal Crest (royalcrest.live) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Full transparency|Reliable uptime

Cons: Nothing significant
