My card was charged twice by Roaya on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Roaya then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I looked into Roaya and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. Financial Regulatory Authority has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

The reporting at Roaya is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

I have been trying to close my account with Roaya for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Do not use Roaya for anything serious. I used them for just over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

After using Roaya for about ten months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Roaya is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after a friend recommended them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

What really bothers me about Roaya is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after comparing multiple platforms and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.
