Frustrating from start to finish

RMAM has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Full transparency|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Nothing significant

Listed in warning databases - be aware

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Pros: Information is publicly available for verification

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

The platform at RMAM is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for over three years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Limited ETF selection

Terrible customer service

I experienced a security concern with my RMAM account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Multiple order types|Excellent charting|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Can not recommend in any way

The so-called education at RMAM is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since early this year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|No fractional shares

Amateur hour at RMAM

I trusted RMAM with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Customizable dashboard|Good mobile app|Fast execution

Cons: None so far|Slow to add new assets

Wish zero stars was an option

If you are reading this considering RMAM - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after hearing about them at a conference. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for over three years has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Copy trading available|Smooth onboarding|Reliable uptime

Cons: Alert system is basic

Rip-off dressed as a service

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, RMAM is disorganized and incompetent. I found them from a blog post comparing services and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Full transparency|High security standards|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No crypto staking

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. RMAM recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Copy trading available|Risk management tools|Fast support response

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Research section could be deeper

Several red flags with RMAM: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises
