Worst decision I made this year

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Red Enterprise said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Tax reports included|Responsive team|Instant funding|High security standards

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Customer support at Red Enterprise seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

I found Red Enterprise from a blog post comparing services and the initial impression was positive. But since I retired last year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I am in a dispute with Red Enterprise over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

My card was charged twice by Red Enterprise on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Red Enterprise then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I lost a significant amount because Red Enterprise did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Red Enterprise. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after hearing about them at a conference and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Full transparency|Great customer service

Cons: Nothing significant|Website design could be more modern

The mobile app from Red Enterprise is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.
