I had high hopes for Raimon & Associates through a podcast recommendation, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Clear documentation|Helpful community forum|Fast execution

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Lost trust after my experience

The onboarding at Raimon & Associates was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Demo account available|Copy trading available|Clear documentation

Cons: Nothing significant|Charting tools need more indicators

Research is copy-paste from elsewhere

My withdrawal from Raimon & Associates was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for about ten months of being strung along.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Transparent fees|Fast execution

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Limited ETF selection

Referral bonus never received

I opened an account with Raimon & Associates since early this year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Real-time alerts

Cons: Limited ETF selection

They upsell insurance you do not need

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Raimon & Associates recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Market news feed

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Must sell everything to leave

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Raimon & Associates is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Good analytical tools

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Social trading is fake

Opened my account with Raimon & Associates based on a colleague's recommendation and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Personal attention|Demo account available|Economic calendar|Market news feed

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Paper trading not available

After since the beginning of the year with Raimon & Associates I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Social trading features|Real-time alerts

Cons: Search feature is basic|None so far

Minimum withdrawal amount too high

The only good thing about Raimon & Associates is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after a family member had a good experience. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Wide product range|Risk management tools|Full transparency

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Laughably bad service

I trusted Raimon & Associates with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Tax reports included|Multi-currency support

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|No crypto staking
