Took my money and went silent

After for about three months with Qwidex (qwidex.com) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Personal attention|Automated trading options

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Still fighting for my withdrawal

I am in a dispute with Qwidex (qwidex.com) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Wide product range|Regular updates

Cons: Limited demo account features

The support team is useless

I joined Qwidex (qwidex.com) through word of mouth in my investment club and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Excellent charting|Fast support response|Multiple order types|Full transparency

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Limited cryptocurrency options

No risk warnings whatsoever

I opened an account with Qwidex (qwidex.com) for a couple of months now ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Tax reports included|Multi-currency support|Segregated accounts|Professional team

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Not even close to acceptable

The platform at Qwidex (qwidex.com) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for over three years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Fast execution|Multi-device support

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Email notifications too frequent
