Customer service does not exist

After for over three years with QFS, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Social trading features|Economic calendar

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Does not even meet basic standards

I gave QFS a fair chance. After for close to eighteen months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Stable platform|Low minimum deposit|High security standards|Market news feed

Cons: No crypto staking

Balance went negative they want it back

I trusted QFS with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Regular updates|Educational resources

Cons: Limited demo account features|No phone support on weekends

Lost money due to their incompetence

QFS offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Professional team|Wide product range|Good mobile app

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Platform freezes when you need it most

After spending for about five months trying to make QFS work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Clean UI|Tax reports included

Cons: No fractional shares|Charting tools need more indicators

A disaster from day one

The onboarding at QFS was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Fast deposits|Risk management tools|Easy to use platform|High security standards

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Something doesn't add up here

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that QFS has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

After using QFS for about five months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Dividend tracking|Multiple order types

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours

Multi-account management missing

QFS seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Personal attention|Risk management tools|Low minimum deposit|Helpful community forum

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Help articles are sometimes vague

Signal service was a scam

The mobile app from QFS is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Educational resources|Clean UI|Segregated accounts

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators
