After using Q Savings for about five months, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Wide product range|Dedicated account manager|Competitive fees

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|No live chat on mobile

I had a dispute with Q Savings and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Instant funding|Good analytical tools|Intuitive for beginners|Automated trading options

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Limited ETF selection

Bonus clawback on technicality

The reporting at Q Savings is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Stable platform|Automated trading options

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|No dark mode on mobile

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

I referred a friend to Q Savings through my accountant's suggestion. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Good mobile app|Instant funding|Fast execution

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Slow to add new assets

The mobile app from Q Savings is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Quick verification|Risk management tools|Segregated accounts|Demo account available

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Research section could be deeper

Cannot transfer out in kind

I trusted Q Savings with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Social trading features|Copy trading available|Responsive team|Dedicated account manager

Cons: No fractional shares

The spread at Q Savings is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after comparing multiple platforms and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Multiple order types|Fast execution

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Cannot withdraw funds - classic scam

I invested $25,000 with Q Savings after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Conduct Authority.

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

I want to warn everyone about Q Savings. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics
