False promises and poor execution

The hidden fees at Purevisiontrader are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Multi-device support|Comprehensive tools|Multiple order types

Cons: Limited demo account features|Desktop app not available on Linux

Balance went negative they want it back

Customer support at Purevisiontrader seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Transparent fees|Clear documentation|Copy trading available

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Desktop app not available on Linux

Limited to their own products

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Purevisiontrader said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Risk management tools|Multiple order types|Good mobile app

Cons: None so far|Nothing significant

CFD pitch was aggressive

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Purevisiontrader is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Risk management tools|Market news feed

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Limited demo account features

Walked away and never looking back

I had a dispute with Purevisiontrader and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Good mobile app|Excellent charting|Market news feed

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Help articles are sometimes vague

Extremely poor support experience

Purevisiontrader advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Clear documentation|Copy trading available|Easy to use platform|Good mobile app

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|No phone support on weekends

A company that does not deserve your trust

Purevisiontrader has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Helpful community forum|Smooth onboarding|Dividend tracking

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Help articles are sometimes vague

A cautionary tale

Do not believe the bonus offer from Purevisiontrader. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a forum discussion and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Demo account available|Helpful community forum

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

I invested $500 with Purevisiontrader after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Autorité des marchés financiers.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Not regulated - verified this myself

After seeing ads for Purevisiontrader online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Autorité des marchés financiers. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises
