I requested my data from PT-Option under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Excellent charting|Instant funding|Dividend tracking

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

They have gotten worse over time

PT-Option offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Demo account available|Low minimum deposit|Excellent charting

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

No 2FA when I signed up

My withdrawal from PT-Option was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for about five months of being strung along.

Pros: Personal attention|Fast execution|Copy trading available|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

They blocked me after I invested

I want to warn everyone about PT-Option. They have been flagged by Ontario Securities Commission as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

Something doesn't add up here

After seeing ads for PT-Option online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Ontario Securities Commission. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Platform down more than it is up

I referred a friend to PT-Option after my brother mentioned them. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Multi-currency support|Intuitive for beginners|Reliable uptime

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Account statements could be more detailed

They do not honor their terms

The so-called education at PT-Option is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for the past six months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Social trading features|Excellent charting

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

PT-Option advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Multiple order types

Cons: Search feature is basic
