I closed a profitable position at Prudential and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Professional team|Excellent charting|Stable platform

Cons: Would like more payment methods

No demo account that works

I referred a friend to Prudential through a financial advisor. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Wide product range|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Cannot withdraw funds - classic scam

I want to warn everyone about Prudential. They have been flagged by Financial Markets Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

Inactive account fee with no warning

My withdrawal request from Prudential has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Instant funding

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Not even close to acceptable

Prudential has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Wide product range|Multi-currency support

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Leverage too high for retail

Prudential locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for over three years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Regular updates|Clear documentation

Cons: Limited social trading features

Stay far away from this company

I was contacted by Prudential through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

No ESG or ethical investing options

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Prudential said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Dedicated account manager|Educational resources|Multiple order types

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Account statements could be more detailed

Prudential had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Personal attention

Cons: Search feature is basic|Account statements could be more detailed
