A nightmare experience

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Profititerra recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Stable platform|Risk management tools|Responsive team

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Stay far away from this company

I invested $2,000 with Profititerra after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Autorité des marchés financiers.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

My trust has been shattered

I had high hopes for Profititerra after my brother mentioned them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|API access|Segregated accounts|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Commission structure changed retroactively

What really bothers me about Profititerra is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after doing extensive research and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Helpful community forum|Dividend tracking

Cons: Alert system is basic|Could offer more webinars

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that Profititerra has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Cons: Flagged by Autorité des marchés financiers|Cannot verify credentials

Data breach and they did not notify us

The onboarding at Profititerra was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Good mobile app|Great customer service|Dedicated account manager|Demo account available

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Do not believe the hype

After for just over a year with Profititerra, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Wide product range|Excellent charting|Multiple order types

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Website design could be more modern

Buyer beware - seriously

I had a dispute with Profititerra and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: High security standards|Reliable uptime|Professional team|Dividend tracking

Cons: Research section could be deeper

Impossible to reach anyone

The so-called education at Profititerra is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about eight months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Economic calendar|Quick verification

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Research is copy-paste from elsewhere

I lost a significant amount because Profititerra did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Transparent fees|Economic calendar

Cons: No fractional shares|Search feature is basic
