After since early this year with Proficient Growth Invt I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Proficient Growth Invt. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through my accountant's suggestion and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Proficient Growth Invt has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Proficient Growth Invt recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

What really bothers me about Proficient Growth Invt is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

I am in a dispute with Proficient Growth Invt over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.
