Primo Asset Management

I invested $10,000 with Primo Asset Management after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

KYC with Primo Asset Management is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

My withdrawal from Primo Asset Management was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for about five months of being strung along.

Do not use Primo Asset Management for anything serious. I used them for over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

I trusted Primo Asset Management with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

I closed a profitable position at Primo Asset Management and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

The onboarding at Primo Asset Management was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

I was about to invest with Primo Asset Management but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Primo Asset Management offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Primo Asset Management said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.
