I signed up with PrimeWealth from a blog post comparing services and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Fast execution|Full transparency|Helpful community forum

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Minor UI glitches occasionally

Does not even meet basic standards

I had high hopes for PrimeWealth after my brother mentioned them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Helpful community forum|API access

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|No phone support on weekends

Joint account not supported

The hidden fees at PrimeWealth are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Excellent charting|Good mobile app|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Did my research - this is suspicious

Several red flags with PrimeWealth: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Autorité des marchés financiers, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Flagged by Autorité des marchés financiers|Cannot verify credentials

Payout delayed for 60 days

The onboarding at PrimeWealth was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Risk management tools|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No fractional shares|Email notifications too frequent
