Opened my account with PrimeWealth after a friend recommended them and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Personal attention|Risk management tools|Tax reports included|Multi-device support

Cons: Limited social trading features|Search feature is basic

Multi-account management missing

After for close to eighteen months with PrimeWealth, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Dividend tracking|Detailed reporting

Cons: Limited social trading features|Limited ETF selection

The opposite of what they advertise

I requested my data from PrimeWealth under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Low minimum deposit|Two-factor authentication|Professional team

Cons: Limited demo account features|Live chat only during business hours

Data lost in transition

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. PrimeWealth recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Clear documentation|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Website design could be more modern

No API for automated trading

PrimeWealth advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Demo account available|Multiple order types|Copy trading available|Tax reports included

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Wish they had more educational resources

Tried to withdraw my funds from PrimeWealth and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Support ghosted me

My card was charged twice by PrimeWealth on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. PrimeWealth then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Multi-device support|API access|Wide product range|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Still waiting for my withdrawal

Do not believe the bonus offer from PrimeWealth. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after doing extensive research and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Personal attention|Good mobile app|Social trading features

Cons: No crypto staking

Same issues as parent brand

What really bothers me about PrimeWealth is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them through a financial advisor and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Great customer service|Two-factor authentication|Full transparency|Regular updates

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Help articles are sometimes vague

Withdrawal rejected 3 times

The reporting at PrimeWealth is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: No hidden fees|Competitive fees|Clean UI

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Could offer more webinars
