Primetime Invest

Primetime Invest locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. since the beginning of the year later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

After since I opened my account last year with Primetime Invest, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Tried to withdraw my funds from Primetime Invest and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Primetime Invest is disorganized and incompetent. I found them based on a colleague's recommendation and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

My card was charged twice by Primetime Invest on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Primetime Invest then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
