Primefolio seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Two-factor authentication

Cons: None so far

Beyond repair at this point

Primefolio offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Tax reports included|Demo account available|Professional team|Excellent charting

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

Just terrible honestly

Where do I even begin with Primefolio? for over three years of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Professional team|Social trading features|Segregated accounts

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Limited ETF selection

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

Several red flags with Primefolio: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Markets Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Warning to all investors

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Primefolio is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Stop loss not honored

I closed a profitable position at Primefolio and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Full transparency|Low minimum deposit

Cons: None so far

The opposite of what they advertise

The only good thing about Primefolio is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Regular updates|Demo account available|API access

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Must sell everything to leave

My card was charged twice by Primefolio on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Primefolio then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Risk management tools|Regular platform improvements|Multi-currency support|Easy withdrawals

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Check regulatory status before investing

For anyone considering Primefolio, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

Cons: Listed in IOSCO I-SCAN|May not be authorized in your jurisdiction

I joined Primefolio through a forum discussion and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Copy trading available|Competitive fees|Good analytical tools

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Limited social trading features
