After for nearly two years with Prime100Xcapital, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Prime100Xcapital. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

My card was charged twice by Prime100Xcapital on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Prime100Xcapital then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

The reporting at Prime100Xcapital is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

If you are reading this considering Prime100Xcapital - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after a family member had a good experience. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over since last summer has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

After for close to eighteen months with Prime100Xcapital I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

I want to warn everyone about Prime100Xcapital. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

I closed a profitable position at Prime100Xcapital and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

The only good thing about Prime100Xcapital is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after comparing multiple platforms. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.
