Prestige Private Wealth

I am in a dispute with Prestige Private Wealth over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

My card was charged twice by Prestige Private Wealth on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Prestige Private Wealth then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

After using Prestige Private Wealth since the beginning of the year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Prestige Private Wealth said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I found Prestige Private Wealth through a financial advisor and the initial impression was positive. But for about three months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I had high hopes for Prestige Private Wealth through word of mouth in my investment club, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

My withdrawal from Prestige Private Wealth was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for roughly four months of being strung along.

The reporting at Prestige Private Wealth is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.
