I gave Premier eFinance a fair chance. After for just over a year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: High security standards|Clear documentation|No hidden fees|Reliable uptime

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|No fractional shares

Not what they promise

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Premier eFinance is disorganized and incompetent. I found them through a financial advisor and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Economic calendar|Automated trading options|Good mobile app|Fast execution

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Unprofessional and unreliable

The reporting at Premier eFinance is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Website design could be more modern

I want my money back

I joined Premier eFinance through word of mouth in my investment club and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Real-time alerts|Tax reports included|Fast execution

Cons: No fractional shares|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Look elsewhere - many better options

The mobile app from Premier eFinance is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Great customer service|Segregated accounts|Economic calendar

Cons: Limited ETF selection|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Manipulative and dishonest

After using Premier eFinance for just over a year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Social trading features|Competitive fees|Quick verification

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Website design could be more modern

Calls at odd hours to upsell

Premier eFinance changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Risk management tools|Instant funding

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Mobile app loses orders

The spread at Premier eFinance is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after seeing their ad online and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Economic calendar|Social trading features|Fast support response

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Limited social trading features

Would give negative stars if possible

My card was charged twice by Premier eFinance on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Premier eFinance then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Instant funding

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Limited social trading features

Regretting every moment spent here

Premier eFinance has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Transparent fees|Clear documentation

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Would like more payment methods
