Power Trades App had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Do not believe the bonus offer from Power Trades App. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited from a review site like this one and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Power Trades App has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

I gave Power Trades App a fair chance. After since I retired last year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

I found Power Trades App through a financial advisor and the initial impression was positive. But since early this year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Power Trades App changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

The hidden fees at Power Trades App are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.
