Port Investment

Customer support at Port Investment seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

The reporting at Port Investment is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

I am in a dispute with Port Investment over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

I opened an account with Port Investment since mid-2025 ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

I lost a significant amount because Port Investment did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

My card was charged twice by Port Investment on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Port Investment then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I found Port Investment through my accountant's suggestion and the initial impression was positive. But for roughly four months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Do not use Port Investment for anything serious. I used them for about ten months for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

I closed a profitable position at Port Investment and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that Port Investment has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.
