Polarised Trade

I want to warn everyone about Polarised Trade. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

I joined Polarised Trade through word of mouth in my investment club and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

I was about to invest with Polarised Trade but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

The platform at Polarised Trade is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for close to eighteen months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

I trusted Polarised Trade with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Do not use Polarised Trade for anything serious. I used them for close to eighteen months for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

I opened an account with Polarised Trade since I opened my account last year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.
