POCKET OPTION

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that POCKET OPTION is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. POCKET OPTION recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

POCKET OPTION changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

I was contacted by POCKET OPTION through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

POCKET OPTION had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

I referred a friend to POCKET OPTION when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

What really bothers me about POCKET OPTION is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them from a blog post comparing services and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Do not use POCKET OPTION for anything serious. I used them since the beginning of the year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

The platform at POCKET OPTION is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After since last summer of dealing with this, I have had enough.
