Customer support at PipPotential seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Regular updates

Cons: Alert system is basic|Research section could be deeper

I was about to invest with PipPotential but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Conduct Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

Slippage ate my profits

I lost a significant amount because PipPotential did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Research section could be deeper

Estate planning support zero

I opened an account with PipPotential for over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Competitive fees|Customizable dashboard|Full transparency

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Multi-account management missing

The so-called education at PipPotential is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about three months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Portfolio tracking tools|Regular updates|Tax reports included

Cons: None so far

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

I was contacted by PipPotential through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Pushed structured products

The spread at PipPotential is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after comparing multiple platforms and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Copy trading available|Multi-device support|API access

Cons: No fractional shares|Live chat only during business hours
