After seeing ads for Pekedex online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Markets Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Tried to withdraw my funds from Pekedex and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

Chrome extension broken

I signed up with Pekedex after a family member had a good experience and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Stable platform|Clean UI|Detailed reporting|Economic calendar

Cons: Slow to add new assets

Paper trading not available

I lost a significant amount because Pekedex did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Multi-device support|Instant funding|Smooth onboarding|Automated trading options

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Total fraud - reported to authorities

I invested $2,000 with Pekedex after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Copy trading copied the worst traders

The platform at Pekedex is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After since I opened my account last year of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Stable platform|Copy trading available|Regular updates

Cons: No phone support on weekends

The only good thing about Pekedex is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after a family member had a good experience. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Demo account available|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Nothing significant

They upsell insurance you do not need

I had a dispute with Pekedex and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Wide product range|Easy withdrawals|Quick verification|Clear documentation

Cons: Search feature is basic

Frustrating from start to finish

Pekedex changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Multi-device support|Risk management tools|Demo account available

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

I looked into Pekedex and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. Financial Markets Authority has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

Cons: Appears in regulatory warnings database|Uncertain regulatory status
