I am in a dispute with PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Market news feed|Good analytical tools

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Referral bonus never received

I found PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) after my brother mentioned them and the initial impression was positive. But since early this year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Stable platform|Transparent fees|Risk management tools

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Slow to add new assets

Overnight fees excessive

After since early this year with PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Demo account available|Tax reports included|Educational resources

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Slippage always against the client

The platform at PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about five months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Economic calendar

Cons: Website design could be more modern|No integrated tax optimization

Estate planning support zero

PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Fast execution

Cons: Alert system is basic|No live chat on mobile

Amateur hour at PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online)

After spending since I retired last year trying to make PeakWinch (digitaledgeassist.online) work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Clear documentation|Personal attention

Cons: None so far
