Patterson Harvey

Patterson Harvey locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about five months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Patterson Harvey offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

The platform at Patterson Harvey is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for nearly two years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

I closed a profitable position at Patterson Harvey and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

After for the past six months with Patterson Harvey I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

My card was charged twice by Patterson Harvey on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Patterson Harvey then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

The mobile app from Patterson Harvey is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Patterson Harvey had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Opened my account with Patterson Harvey through word of mouth in my investment club and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

I referred a friend to Patterson Harvey after attending a webinar they hosted. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.
