Do not use Oxford Financial Services for anything serious. I used them since the beginning of the year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

The onboarding at Oxford Financial Services was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Oxford Financial Services has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Professional team|Transparent fees

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|No fractional shares

They need a complete overhaul

I closed a profitable position at Oxford Financial Services and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.
