After for nearly two years with Orangex, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Risk management tools|Excellent charting|Tax reports included

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Requotes on every order

After spending for about ten months trying to make Orangex work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Fast deposits|High security standards

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Limited ETF selection

Disappointing experience overall

Orangex advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Personal attention|Multi-device support|Quick verification|Wide product range

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

They blocked me after I invested

I want to warn everyone about Orangex. They have been flagged by British Columbia Securities Commission as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

They do not honor their terms

My card was charged twice by Orangex on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Orangex then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Good mobile app|Economic calendar

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|None so far

Stop loss not honored

The reporting at Orangex is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Tax reports included|Good mobile app|Automated trading options

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

They need a complete overhaul

I opened an account with Orangex for the past six months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Professional team

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Limited demo account features

Terrible in every aspect

I have been trying to close my account with Orangex for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Excellent charting

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Mobile app could be improved

Commission structure changed retroactively

Orangex offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Website design could be more modern

Manipulative and dishonest

The hidden fees at Orangex are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Social trading features|Regular updates|Great customer service|Multi-currency support

Cons: No integrated tax optimization
