I expected bad but this was worse

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. OKX (Imposter) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: High security standards|Portfolio tracking tools|Quick verification

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Mobile app could be improved

Requote on winning trades only

The reporting at OKX (Imposter) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multi-device support|No hidden fees|API access|Fast execution

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

Swap rates are predatory

I have been trying to close my account with OKX (Imposter) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Demo account available|Great customer service|Two-factor authentication

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Limited ETF selection

Something doesn't add up here

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that OKX (Imposter) has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Cons: Flagged by Financial Markets Authority|Cannot verify credentials

Lost my investment - DO NOT TRUST

Tried to withdraw my funds from OKX (Imposter) and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Referral bonus never received

The hidden fees at OKX (Imposter) are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Excellent charting|Clean UI|API access|Transparent fees

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

My withdrawal from OKX (Imposter) was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for a few weeks now of being strung along.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Market news feed|Dividend tracking|Multiple order types

Cons: None so far|Currency conversion fee exists

Total fraud - reported to authorities

I invested $1,000 with OKX (Imposter) after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

After spending since I retired last year trying to make OKX (Imposter) work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Multiple order types|Easy to use platform|Portfolio tracking tools|Reliable uptime

Cons: Mobile app could be improved
