I requested my data from Office of Financial Affairs under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Professional team|Copy trading available|Quick verification

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options|No live chat on mobile

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Office of Financial Affairs is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after my brother mentioned them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Transparent fees|Fast deposits

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Customer service does not exist

The spread at Office of Financial Affairs is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after doing extensive research and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Great customer service|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Commission higher than stated

I signed up with Office of Financial Affairs after a friend recommended them and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Competitive fees

Cons: Nothing significant|Limited cryptocurrency options

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Office of Financial Affairs recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Responsive team|Stable platform|Multi-currency support

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Limited ETF selection

Mobile app loses orders

After spending for about five months trying to make Office of Financial Affairs work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Educational resources|Intuitive for beginners|Economic calendar

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally|Charting tools need more indicators

Signal service was a scam

The only good thing about Office of Financial Affairs is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through a podcast recommendation. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Economic calendar|Stable platform|Social trading features

Cons: Search feature is basic|No fractional shares

An absolutely appalling service

I am in a dispute with Office of Financial Affairs over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Tax reports included|Customizable dashboard|Excellent charting|Clean UI

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Would like more payment methods

Headed in the wrong direction

I opened an account with Office of Financial Affairs for over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Clean UI|Professional team|Two-factor authentication|Fast deposits

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Email notifications too frequent

Unprofessional and unreliable

After since I retired last year with Office of Financial Affairs I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Risk management tools|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower
