Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Oakfair Investment said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

The spread at Oakfair Investment is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after attending a webinar they hosted and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Oakfair Investment has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Oakfair Investment. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

The mobile app from Oakfair Investment is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Oakfair Investment seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

The reporting at Oakfair Investment is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

The hidden fees at Oakfair Investment are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

I joined Oakfair Investment after hearing about them at a conference and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Oakfair Investment has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.
